 Once you join this community, you must apply as soon as possible. There is no age limit in the community. Simply copy and paste the application code into a new post and fill it out. After doing so, members will then either vote "yes", or "no". After a few days you will know if you are accepted or rejected. If you are accepted you are allowed to post and be active.
